Ingredients for Mixed Sprout Poha
Moong, gram – 1 cup sprouted grains
Poha or chidwa – 2 cups
Potato – half cup
Onion – 1 big
Green chili – 2-3
Curry leaves – 3-4
Peanuts – 1 tablespoon
Mustard seeds – half a teaspoon
Chaat masala – half teaspoon
Turmeric powder – half teaspoon
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Coconut – 1 tbsp grated

Mixed Sprout Poha Recipe
If you want to make Mixed Sprout Poha for breakfast someday, then for this, soak some cereals like moong, gram etc. in water for two to three days in advance so that they become sprouts. Boil them lightly. Boil potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Finely chop onion, green chillies, coriander leaves too. Grate coconut to garnish. Lightly roast the peanuts in a pan without adding oil. Now clean the poha with water and keep it in a strainer so that the water drains out. Add sprouted grains, chaat masala to the boiled potatoes and mix well.

Now put some oil in a pan and heat it. Add curry leaves, green chilies, mustard seeds to it and fry for a few seconds. Now add chopped onion and fry for a minute. Add sugar, salt and turmeric powder and mix well. Now add potato and sprouted grain mixture to it and mix. Mix poha, roasted peanuts, salt and cover it by sprinkling a little water on top. Cook for two minutes. Take it out in a bowl. Garnish it by adding lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut. Enjoy eating it hot for breakfast.
